• Career AI Tools
• Public Profile Portals
• Other educational and career support features

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use online services under applicable law.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use KRIZO with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Securing your password or login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access or suspected misuse.

4. Important Career Disclaimer

KRIZO provides educational tools, AI assistance, and career-support guidance only.

All recommendations, reports, and AI outputs should be reviewed by you and used at your own discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Uploading harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content
• Attempting to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform
• Interfering with system security or operations
• Sharing paid access improperly
• Using bots or automated abuse systems

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including resumes, profile information, and documents.

By using KRIZO, you grant us a limited license to store, process, analyze, and display your content as necessary to provide the Platform and improve your user experience, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload any content you submit.

7. Payments, Plans & Credits

Certain KRIZO features may require payment, subscription plans, or credits.

Where applicable:

• Prices may change with notice
• Digital credits may be non-transferable and non-refundable once used
• Some credits or benefits may expire if clearly disclosed
• Failed or reversed payments may suspend access

• Fraud or abuse occurred
• Security risks exist
• Required payments were not completed
• Continued access may harm KRIZO or other users

11. Intellectual Property

The KRIZO brand, platform design, software, text, graphics, workflows, and original materials are owned by KRIZO or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit KRIZO materials without permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

KRIZO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or perfect accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRIZO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to paid services shall not exceed the amount you paid KRIZO in the preceding three months for the relevant service.
